Student refund

In 2019, August, I made adjustments to my module list, and was due a refund. I downloaded the Refund application form and promptly sent it to ***; with all supporting documents. The promise is to deal with these requests within 15 days, however, I only received a response in November. The worst part of their reply was that they were requesting for the same supporting documents I had sent. I sent them on the same day. Guess what, I am still waiting.
