Student Fees

<p>After my wife had taken a year off from studying because she had a new born baby to take care off, today i enquired about UNISA outstanding fees via the online portal (myUnisa). I then paid that outstand R 4480 using my credit card. When i requested for them to release last year academic records in order for her to register to study next year i was then told that i must contact ITC as my account has been handed over. When i call ITC they told me that i must contact UNISA. What am i suppose to do?????? This is very poor service. UNISA is treating student like *********!!!!!</p>
