Student card Activation, the inconvinience that this can cause.

i activated my student card on the 9 January 2018 at the Florida offices , I was told that its active and will expire at the end of the semester on 30 June 2018 . I came to the library today and my card was not working. A security guard by the name of A Maseko told me to go home and that no one can help me . even after I told him that I activated the card and not sure why is not working. I had similar problem last semester concerning student card activation. I took leave from work on 9 Jan 2018 to have the card activated and now I'm told to come back during the week to get my card activated again. this is such a bad service and I'm no privileged to take leave anytime I want to. Please check the activation register for the day as I signed that my card was activated. I wont be able to come again to do the same thing that I've done . Kindly activate my card.
