Struggling to get my refund from UNISA since July

Terrible service is an understatement , I have been trying to get refund from Unisa since the 31st of July 2018 , you email them , no respond , contacting them is useless and point less , none of thier numbers work

the finance department number doesn't even ring

it very worrying cause we are paying for our education and we not getting any support from the institution

why have all this contact details , if none of the call get attatended too.
