Struggling to get certificate for almost a year

I have been trying to get my certificate for almost a year now. This is very upsetting cause I spend thousands to get my degree en not one person at Unisa can answer me back about retrieving my certificate. This is truly disgusting. I have been emailing Machaba, Kenneth <*** nonstop for weeks. Really this service is terrible. These people is just there to get payed a fat tjek every month.
