struggling to get a refund

<p>I app**** to study with Unisa I was emailed the application forms,I sent it back I was told to wait for my student number I waited and waited to no vail,I contacted them then they gave me the student number and told me to go pay the registration fee of R4000 ,I paid the money,I waited and waited for the study material after that I decided to contact them to find out what's happening I paid my registration and nothing is happening I was told I paid late, so I requested my refund they sent me papers to fill out i did that and sent them back to them,it's been more than four months now I have been requesting my refund they keep sending me the same papers to fill out everytime I try to do a follow up! Unisa can i have my refund back asap </p>
