Still waiting to be registered...

I have registered with Unisa for a number of courses for this year. I registered on 8 Jan and payment was made on 27 Jan. I still have had no correspondence from Unisa regarding my registration and when I log onto MyUnisa it says \still awaiting payment\"???? Friends of mine registered and paid after I did and they have already received their study material. What is happening, Unisa? If only there were alternative distance learning universities in South Africa! Unisa is useless!!!"
