Still waiting for some of my results

I am so stressed and seriously dissapointed in Unisa I am still waiting for results, since the 11 of Desember 2015 for a module I wrote in October, I have been emailing and calling non stop, no answer no reply. How does Unisa suppose students must register for 2016 if they don't have all of their results. I don't have outstanding fees, so what could be the problem?
