Still waiting for remark results for 6 months

I have paid for a remark for module GGH3703 in January 2022. Exam was written in October/November 2021. I still have not received my results. This is so unacceptable. Unisa advisors and management also do not know how to reply to emails. This remark results is delaying me from completing my degree
