Still waiting for official statement of results

In September I app**** for my official statement of results for the subjects I passed with UNISA. It is now 3 months later and no feedback received from them, when I follow up I get an email apologising and promising to follow up. So I cannot register with Milpark because UNISA are so pathetic they cant even respond.
