Still waiting for my refund, been over a month

I am still waiting for my refund on my module, which I requested well over a month ago. On their website it states you will get it back within 15 days of sending the correct documentation. I have had to make an arrangement with my landlord as I was going to use the money to pay my rent for the month, but still have not received it. All that has been done is an email sent back to me stating the reference number. I have had many issues with this University and this just shows that they have no time for their students. It is easy to take the money we pay, but when you want a refund, nothing is done about it. Absolutely pathetic.
