STILL WAITING FOR A STATEMENT OF MY RESULTS

On 02 April 2015 02:32 PM I emailed *** regarding a statement of my results and this was assigned to Thokozile Matjila(Administrative Officer,Electronic Section) only on 10 April 2015 09:59 AM. She emailed me a form which I completed without any delays. The document is needed by my employer as I have resigned (LAST DAY IS ON APRIL 24 2015), so to complete my exist process, I need that statement too as they (my employer) has been paying for my fees, otherwise I will not get my monies. <br> <br> I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY STATEMENT FROM THOKOZILE MATJILA TO DATE, HOW BAD IS THAT. IT DOESN'T TAKE 15 DAYS TO PROCESS A REQUEST OR FORWARD WHAT IS IN THEIR RECORDS ALREADY OR IS A CASE OF BEING ***********? CLEARLY UNISA DOESNT HAVE A CALL CENTRE AND WE ARE NOW SUBJECTED TO THIS POOR SERVICE FROM THEIR STAFF
