Still awaiting confirmation of qualification complete

Good day

I have contacted the university on various occasions but have received no response. I have sent multiple emails requesting the notification of when i will receive confirmation of my qualification complete. I have recently discovered that the educare department has rejected my emails, all emails that i now send to the university are returned as they have been rejected. This is ********* of the university. As i am currently still a student with the university.

I have paid all of my fees and really don't understand why i am being treated in this manner.
