Still awaiting Certificate!

I passed my Course in Taxation last year November. To date, I have still not received a statement of results nor my certificate from UNISA. I have made several follow ups with the course administrator & lecture from this course. The feedback I always receive is negative, not even an apologise from the above mentioned people. My question, how does one apply for a job to a prospective employer without any confirmation/certificate from Unisa stating that I have passed the mentioned course??? It's 4 months into the new year and I have still not received my certificate!!<br> <br> Highly frustrated!!
