Stay away from UNISA

They are absolutely useless. I finished and paid for my course in August and now its been 5 months in which I haven't received my certificate for completion. I have called, emailed and escalated the matter numerous times and absolutely nothing has happened. They told me that it was sent to the courier company but when i tried to search for my parcel with the student number it came back to say that "nothing can be found" so not only are they useless but they are ***** and they can't even tell me where the certificate is!!! So please whatever you do, do not go to UNISA, rather go to Skills Academy at least there the follow up on you each month to see if they can help you with anything and when you call they don't make you wait 2 hours.

In conclusion UNISA is a sorry excuse for a university / College.
