Staff at Unisa don't have respect to help students

On the 27th May 2015<br> <br> I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me at registration, then I finally did.<br> Was applaud by the service, I was query about Law degree, and I got hold of<br> Mrs Malebo, I asked is she able to assist me, she then reverted it depends on your query. <br> <br> Went ahead with conversation asking my queries and she advised me that she cant help me till I have done an application on system. <br> <br> The query was about the following:<br> <br> 1. If I matriculated in 1999 and wanted to do a law degree, didn't have exemption, but I have a masters degree. Then she just said I can't help you till you get you put in your application.<br> <br> First it takes too long for Unisa to answer calls, and after I get hold of them, they don't answer your query, they laugh at you.<br> <br>
