Since January i have been struggling to get help from TMALI School, re; Apparently they say I owe the money but when I ask them to furnish me with the enrollment dates, they are failing. I told them that i need to proceed with my studies but still nothing is happening in terms of the information i am looking for. I spoke with a certain gentleman who said they do not have access to accounts but only UNISA has. I am asking myself why can they run the school/be part of the school without them knowing who to contact in cases like these. Surely there must be a department where they can forward students' complaints then be helped. I also need my results. From January till now, I should have finished two modules but instead i have to keep busy with useless things. When i need to do any changes in my life which needs my portfolio, I am unable to because there are issues behind unresolved. Please consider the future of all Students, not only me. If you say I owe the school, present with concrete information, not sending a paper with an amount, no enrollment date, no exam dates and so forth. Any one can do that. If I have that information I am able to check against my bank and produce POP. Maybe i should go look for the former President, then he can be able to assist me.
