SICK OF THIS COMMUNICATION

UNISA is the WORST communicators i have EVER met. I have been studying with them for the last year and I have nothing but bad service from them! I can't handle the lack of education these people have. When I ask for financial assistance, the person who responds totally disregards what I ask PLUS can barely type in English, the Universal Language. not to add the shocking grammar used. I've tried to phone various numbers for them today, most of which do not even go through ,the rest get picked up and put down. This is PATHETIC, I cannot wait to be done with this University once and for all. Clean up your communication, ethics, and \customer"care"
