Shut down Unisa!!!

I attempted to register for 2018 through Unisa and found that I couldn't because I already had an existing account with MyUnisa. I put in my details to login and MyUnisa refused to go through. I have tried everything and I have sent Unisa several emails to attempt to resolve it. My first enquiry was on the 13th of September 2017 and I got a response on the 15th stating that they are handling my case, its the 11th of January 2018 and I still haven't received anything! I have called endlessly and nobody answers! No one at Unisa answers their ****** phones or responds to emails! Registration period will be over soon meaning I won't study this year because of your incompetence!!!
