should Unisa be called a university?

I have been trying for weeks to call UNISA in order to sort out my daughters fees. I have just had no response. I need clarification on a statement i received, before I pay her fees. I eventually sent an email, and guess what just no response. Pathetic client services and when you do get to speak to one of htem they are condescending unhelpful and rather rude. I am disgusted and disappointed
