Shocking Unisa Administration

Where to start. As far as I am aware I am part of the first group of honours students that have been going through Unisa's new academic year format (Academic year starting in the beginning March and ending at the end of Feb the following year). When the calendar year ended and we entered into 2018, my financial statement reflected as a blank statement along with my exam timetable stating that I have been financially suspended (even though my academic record did not (all my student fees have been paid in full at this point)). After my exams in February 2018 my modules were removed from my name and directly after that they were reinstated. Sounds like no harm no fowl right? No, seeing that the modules were manually reinstated, there is now a reinstatement fee related to it. So apparently I owe the University R1980 for mistakes on their end. I have been emailing and following up constantly, but as is the norm with Unisa, there has been no response. I would call them, but I can't seem to get through to any of their landlines and I can't go into a Unisa campus seeing that I am currently out of the country. This has an effect of my exam results being blocked (seeing that I am now financially suspended) and prohibiting me from registering for the new academic year, and would probably end up in having to pay the amount just to be able to see my results and register for the new academic year. This is, straight forward ******** activity performed blatantly in the public eye and nothing is being done to stop it.
