SHOCKING THEY DON'T CARE - Unisa Counselling and Career Development

We set up a career counselling session with the Unisa Counselling and Career Development.

We booked the first online session whereby we tried to join via teams meeting and the counselor did not let us in and the meeting never started. We then called Uinsa, they lady who assisted us on the phone seemed like she was pretending she couldn't hear us. We eventually spoke to the counsellor and said she waited on teams meeting BUT it didnt show. We were waiting she never started the meeting. We have the names should anybody at UNISA would like follow this up.

We tried again for another appointment, same thing. Please note they were different counsellors each attempt.

We tried on two different laptops same thing. This was our last booking details:

No one followed up, no one started the meeting....Is this what has happened to career and development counsellors from Unisa? Not a great start to a study journey with Uinsa.

Is this the standard of Unisa? Why were we not assisted? Maybe they do not actually care.
