I registered and paid for my remaining modules in January, however. I am STILL waiting for some vital study materials. I've emailed the despatch department numerous times and only received an automated response. I then emailed the lecturer only to be told I am contacting the wrong department!! Really? Then who should I contact for material that I HAVE PAID FOR!!! Disgusting service and I will definately not recommend anyone study through Unisa.
