Shocking - no support from the Finance Department and the Admissions Department

<p>In 2015, I made contact with the Unisa Finance Department concerning the fact that I heard that you would be refunded for the modules that you completed with distinction in the 3rd year of your degree.The person who assisted me confirmed this.I have been mailing Unisa Finance Department from December 2016 and have not received a response.I know this to be accurate as a friend of mine who completed his degree was refunded.</p> <p> </p> <p>In terms of the Admission Department, I emailed them on 25/11/2016 stating that I had been online to apply for a Higher Certificate in Economic and Management Sciences and that there was technically difficulty on the Unisa website. I provided them with all the information they required including certified copies of my ID document and Matric Certificate and I have not heard back since regarding the fees required as well as the status of my application. I have been mailing them since November 2016 and have not had the courtesy of a response from Unisa. I am a returning student and I do not expect to be overlooked.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please make contact with your students Unisa. I do want to pay to do another degree through you. Support and acknowledgement would be appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
