Shocking lack of service

<p>As a former employee of this institution, I am dismayed by the lack of service and admin support from Unisa. A simple enquiry has gone unanswered for over a month, with no response forthcoming. An absolute shocking display. I am only giving one star as there is no option for me to give half or zero.</p>
