Shocking experience with Unisa!!!!

CAN ANYONE ASSIST WITH THIS MATTER?

Last year my step daughter, who is based in New Zealand, wrote her mid year exams for her Bachelor of Education degree, which she has proof of attendance for at a approved Unisa - The University of South Africa venue. She then did not receive her results, after many phone calls and emails she was told she didnt receive her results as there was an amount outstanding, she was not aware of this and paid it straight away.

She has been informed by Unisa - The University of South Africa that she did not write these exams, which has now resulted in her having to redo these 3 modules, which have been marked as failed. She has been told she needs to pay extra to reinstate her "failed" modules, which she has done. Her modules haven’t been reinstated and are still marked as failed. She is getting no responses to her emails at all now and cannot continue with her forth year.

This has been going on with no joy for the last three months, with visits by her dad to Unisa, with over 25 phone calls from NZ to Unisa - The University of South Africa and still no-one is able to give her any clarity on how to resolve this matter.
