Shocking communication.

The worst tertiary institution i am aware of. It took over 5 months to confirm my completion of studies after delayed results. Confirmation was only recieved after i emailed every person from 3 different departments. 7 months down the line i still haven't recieved my certificate or even had a graduation ceremony , online or other. The communication between students and support and admin is shocking. Just have a look at the facebook comments for every post and you will get an idea of what we dealing with. To post a grievance through ombudsman is cumbersome and the chancellor tries to get you to complain via twitter , why twitter? Absolutely useless. I will not extend my education through them.
