Sheer lack of basic service!

I had planned on furthering my studies in 2 ********** and in order to be considered for the course, it was required to pay a fee of R470.00, which I did and was notified I've been accepted. I had a change of heart and decided to no longe pursue the course and was notified by Unisa last year that they will credit the amount mentioned, provided I complete the required docs. Marlon Roos communicated with me via e-mail and informed me that, upon receipt of the submitted docs, I'd receive the money in the next three weeks. It all went quiet and I enquired about it again, struggling to get hold of anyone via telephone. After numerous attempts and out of sheer frustration and annoyance, I sent her another e-mail. She then rep**** that she never received the docs in the first place, and I sent her the copy of proof. One of the requirements was that I submit proof of the receipt when I paid the money, which I could not meet and informed her so. The reason being that I no longer had it but submitted the email they sent me as proof that I'm owed the money. She responded that I omitted to fill in my student number and that, in absence of the receipt required, I must/ can submit an affidavit from the SAPS. I did things accordingly and once again, sent the docs, making sure all requirements are met. Then out of the blue, Joyce Nkosi from the student debt collection informed me to request an Audit trail from Standard Bank, in order for them to trace the payment I made. I found this request absurd and completely unacceptable, given the fact that this whole experience had been affecting my productivity at work and my daily functions! The sudden additional instruction from Joyce is in complete contrast to what I was initially told by Marlon. I insisted on my e-mail response that she, Joyce, ensures I get my money, which I paid in complete honesty to them, yet I must now be subjected to such sheer inconsistency and unprofessionalism. This has been huge head-ache for something quite minuscule, me ending up having to tell people how to do their jobs! I haven't even heard from Joyce ever since ....which is plain rude, to say the least!
