Dozens of students and I have had to endure more issues with the newly "renovated" online learning platform than we did when the outdated, Internet Explorer version of MyUnisa was still up and running - untouched for a billion years.

There are no words to describe the feeling of total desperation, depression and abandonment we feel. This, combined with frequent load-shedding and other interruptions in our economy and the instability of the globe as it stands is completely unwarranted. Surely the fees we fork out to pay for your modules have to be invested in a platform better than the one you built using opensource (free) software!!!!

Many of your students have come to the same conclusion; UNISA are setting us up for imminent failure, and I for one hope that this educational audit brings forth true results that reflects your inability to teach and provide students with a platform, material and support needed to LEARN!!!

We have had enough of your lack of enthusiasm to improve the platform! You make BILLIONS and you provide substandard education. Either get with the program, improve and listen to the voices of your students/clients. Most of us really have to choose between our livelihoods and the immediate costs of education.

Reflect and consider if your efforts are truly worth the suffering we have to endure. Some people have to learn using a mobile phone in candlelight damn it! At least spend some of your revenue with an established web development company and build a site that works!!!
