Script purchasing nightmare

I submitted a request to purchase my exam script on February 14, 2025 via email, but the process for doing so has been unclear. I only recently found an explanation through a YouTube video on February 27, which outlined the necessary steps and the required document. However, the timeline for processing this request has not been communicated.

I am still awaiting a response 3 weeks later and would appreciate an update on the status of my request.
