Safety management

I have finished my diploma early this year in UNISA for Safety management but i have not recieved my certificate until to date. I have sent several emails and tried to call nobody pick up the phone, and when i checked academic record it says incomplete while I hope done all modules. Kindly assist with this matter because I've waited long enough and I don't owe them.
