Sad student

While working full time to pay my studies I am really giving my all to try and get my bachelors degree at unisa. But they really make it so difficult for me I have to check up on them all the time ,even tho I do pay my studies , I do submit my assignments on time It never shows and I am so sick and tired of this!!! Now again I waited 3 months on myunisa for my marks to show still havent seen the rest of my assignment marks only saw the first two marks which was 84% and 100% and now i fail with a yearly mark of 34 % ??? How is that even possible??? I tried emailing / phoning but i get no response . It makes me sad, hopeless ect... ?????
