Run!

I completed all my courses and they didn't give me my degree, didn't pick up their phones, didn't reply to emails. I eventually got it after months and months of ignored correspondence when I contacted an ombudsman AND the department of education. The next day they just posted it! I was so depressed and stressed that I had to see a psychologist during those stressful months. Successfully finishing all your courses should be a victory, they took that away from me.

Also, every time I need a transcript to prove my degree I have to go through the same stress over and over again. There is no easy process of requesting and receiving your transcript. They make you fight for it each time.

I regret that I stuck it out for so long, I should have gone elsewhere actress the first sign of trouble because now I'm going to have you deal with them every time I switch jobs.

This is, singlehandedly, the worst institution I have ever had to deal with!
