Rude staff! Inefficient systems!

For a DOL their online system is ridiculous! I have tried to do an application multiple times & it refuses to go through! I go into the campus & firstly they had a shut down & was not assisted, the staff member advised us that we may come back & the application will still be processed as late applications. When I do go back, the staff members are rude & the refuse to assist saying that I should try to apply for the next semester but is it my fault their system is forever going through something?! Honestly, a waste of time! Pathetic!
