Rude consult

The service at that institution is totally horrible,the consultant is rude and the is no customer service at all. Spoke with other lady with regards to the finalization of my registration and she kept asking me the same thing and at the end she drop the call in my ear. Can you please employ people who are really looking for the job instead these empty vessels
