Rude and Disrespectful staff member - Chrissie Marais

<p>I would like to log a complaint regarding the absolutely shocking service rendered by Chrissie Marais , an advisor at the UNISA ,Roodepoort University . She was unwilling to assist in any way regarding a matter that was raised regarding outstanding modules as well as a simple question raised such as " When will our exam results be released ?" her response to this simple question was " How should I know ?" People like Chrissie Marais should not be in customer service if they cannot do the basic task in assisting clients , she was so rude and unprofessional resulting in name calling and laughing at me alongside her colleague . Such rude and disrespectful staff tarnish the reputable name of UNISA to the lowest level and should receive the highest intervention .</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
