Results with held without reason

I qualified at the end of the academic year in 2015 and have requested my results on numerous occasions without success. Without these results I am unable to move forward with career prospects and am ultimately being held back due to the universities lack of efficiency. these results were meant to be uploaded via the internet and are yet to be updated.
