Results STILL outstanding and no response

I am currently still awaiting my results for my exam that I wrote in November for PCF4088. Results were due to be released by 11 December 2015, and it is now 4 January 2016. <br> <br> I drove to the Pretoria campus to speak to someone at the examination department, however I was told that Michelle Wiesner, who is responsible, was already on leave. They made a copy of my proof of attendance for the exam and left it, along with my contact details, on Michelle's desk. I followed up with two emails to her to ensure she could help me.<br> <br> I am in a predicament as I need the mark URGENTLY in order to start my job which begins on Thursday 7 January 2016.<br> <br> I tried phoning Michelle's landline at least 20 times today, yet it just rang and rang.<br> <br> I am furious with the complete lack of assistance. It is disgusting that Unisa makes me wait so long for my mark without any response when I am up to date with fees and have done nothing wrong.<br> <br> I expect this issue to be resolved IMMEDIATELY or I will be taking this matter further for lack of performance.
