Response on status of my application

I app**** at Unisa in April to study honours in Psychology and so my application was placed on hold due to mix-up with my application fee. I sorted it out but I haven't heard from them regarding my application. I tried calling and their phones are always disengaged, I even sent email's but I always received an automated response saying someone will get back to me. I see on the website that registrations are taking place and it's worrying me.
