Remark/Re-check and purchasing of exam script

I have requested for my script to be recheched, and asked for the copy of my script. Was told to fill-in the remark application form, though it stated clearly that remarks are for students who obtain 34% - 74% only. I did complete and mailed it to them. After 8 days to reply back saying I dont qualify for remark, and I've app**** for re-checked and in their mail they dont mention anything about how I will get my script. I'm very disappointed in the institution as I've learned that they let students mark or scripts then if we have queries they take forever to repond. I've not set a mail to them specifically asking for my script, I know its gonna take another 2 weeks for them to come back to me.<br> I dont understand why they dont sort such issues before the registration closes. Then now of late they dont sort issues via telephone, students need to sms or e-mail, that way \issues will be speedily resolve". I feel like cancelling all other modules I'm left with.<br> """
