Remark of Supplementary Examination

I registered for the CTA programme (Level 2) in 2014. I managed to pass 4 out of my 5 modules and got a supplementary examination for financial accounting 4863(FAC 4863). My final mark for FAC4863 was 44% but after the supplementary exam I obtained 44% again. I felt confident that should have passed the supplementary exam and then went on to request a remark of my papers(FAC 4863 consisted of two papers). I read the terms on the remark form which indicated that the marks obtained after the remark would be the final mark even if it is lower than the original mark. My remark results remained unchanged at 44% again, even after I felt confident that the remark would result in a positive outcome. I passed all my other modules which had lower year marks but I fail the one module with a 51% year mark? I'm not convinced...<br>
