Rejected a 3rd time by Unisa. E-mail and telephonic services are mediocre!

For 3 years, I have app**** to Unisa and for 3 years, they have rejected my application. The most recent rejection broke me the most because I app**** literally at 00:01am,just as the application portal opened for 2022 admissions.

They rejected me on the basis that the diploma course was full, which did not make sense to me because for one, if I was rejected 2 times, atleast I would get accepted this time. Not to mention that I (among other people) app**** so early on the very first day.

I want to send a formal complaint against them and demand that my application and the application process be re-evaluated so that I can understand how an early submission was rejected on the basis of the course of study being full.

Their email service is just a front for laziness. I have sent them a mountains of emails but not one of them were responded to. My calls never got picked up by them and it really is disappointing.

To top it all off, for the 3 years I have been rejected, I was accepted for NSFAS 3 times!!! And because Unisa rejected me, I had to forfeit my applications.

PLEASE HELP ME FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN ACCOUNT FROM UNISA'S ACTIONS! what they are doing is so wrong!
