Reinstated modules

This year I registered 4 modules which 2 of those were year modules... The other 2 I wrote during the lockdown.. Just as I was about to receive my results the 2 that I wrote got reinstated without my consent or any reason.. So now I have to pay for them again, still haven't received my results. The campus in my town Rustenburg is not open and they are not responding to my emails... I just want to understand why they have reinstated the 2 modules because now I want to pay and I don't know how much should I pay
