Reimbur*****t failure or acknowledgement of email

Good evening<br> <br> I am a PhD student at UNISA and paid my university fees for 2015 before the cutoff date of Masters and Doctoral students. A day before the cutoff date I was notified that I received a bursary. I had sent several emails to the International Division of Unisa, Finance and some of the staff members. They saw the proof of payment but somehow cannot see the money. The banking institution in the UAE investigated the case and saw at the Standard Bank, which I also contacted but never receive a response. I want urgent reimbur*****t of the money but nobody of UNISA or Standard Bank is coming back to me.
