REGSITRATION ERROR NOT ATTENDED TO

Since 14 December 2015, I have been trying to register for my 2016 studies. I have app**** during the application period, and have received an email to inform me that I am ready to register. However, I can not choose my qualification from the drop-down in the online registration period. I phoned UNISA numerous times during December to ask assistance. Their response is that they are aware of the problem and are working on it. When registration re-opened in January, I still had the same problem, with the same response. So on 16 January I drove to UNISA Kroonstad as the told me over the phone that they would only be able to assist me if I come to a campus. The person who assisted me there (Gannett) said that there was something he had to find out from other UNISA staff, and he would only be able to do this on the Monday, 18 January, but I should fill out a registration form and leave it with him, which I did. He also told me not to worry about it at all, since they are aware of this technical problem, and he already had 4 other persons' registrations form with the same problem that he needed to sort out. I have been phoning him for updates, the only response is that he working on it.
