Registrations not done in time for assignments' due date

Last year I registered for EUP1501 module, the registration came through late and I was unable to complete the mandatory 1st Assignment for examination entrance. I got no replies for anyone, even the registrar to correct this problem or even transfer the module to another semester. I lost my money.

Now same time this year, 2019, I registered for INF2611, yet my registration NEVER came through. Until now, the final payment instalment for 2019. I cant believe that they would do thee same thing to me twice. Now I have missed the 1st Assignment by 15 days, all that money wasted again.

CAN UNISA RECTIFY THEIR ADMIN ISSUES AND REFUND ME OR AT LEAST MOVE MY REGISTRATION TO A DIFFERENT SEMESTER?
