Registration/re-axamination or refunds

I have missed scheduled exams and my courses got cancelled without communication, when I requested re-examing I was ignored until re examing period lapsed/ I have multiple proof email sent to unisa ********** let me tell you something, it is a human being that suggest a decision on another human life, drastic infringement impact/ in all aspects of life, one human (employee) received my email and ignored attendance to request (failure to act to office duties) however may I have refunds for the next/semester 2018 if not granted access to re-exam. unisa does not communicate only taking money they don't care (I don't expect to assisted, unisa people are apartheid they wont even call or email)
