Registration taking too long to be finalised

I have sent emails , made phone calls and no one is responding to my email nor answering my calls. I have R1397.00 credit in my account and added R800 on the 16 January 2020. They said my minimum payment is R763.00 but my registration is still not finalized and the R800, i paid on the 16 January 2020 is still not reflecting. I am a working single mother and do not have time to go to Unisa offices to query. What is the point of registering and paying early if it is going to take two months for Unisa to finalized your registration? The service at Unisa is terrible, from their staff leaking exam paper and we must all suffer and also deal with unnecessary delays caused by the in competed staff
