REGISTRATION STILL PENDING AFTER PAYING ON TIME

I am now frustrated at this registration process, I submitted my application on 26 June 2015 and paid timeously on 17 July 2015 for second semester 2, 2015. Since today my registration has not been finalised. I refuse to accept this and for me to lose a semster of studying because Unisa cannot cope with registrations. <br> I have sent numerous emails and I spoke to 'Klapwijk Natalie' and she assured me that she would accecalate this matter and still no feedback.I have proof of all my emails to Unisa. I find this really very unprofessional and cant belive how Unisa can just side step this. I received an email from Ms Nel stating I should register in 2016. Whats the point in having deadlines for registering and paying if the registration still doesnt get finalised. I am able to complete my degree with these modules so for me to wait for 2016 is really frustating. I dont know how long more I would need to wait for this registration and we almost ending August!!
