Registration problem and unanswered calls and mail

I registered for honors in November and paid in December 2014, both acknowledged<br> Registrations closed in Feb but Unisa haven't put my details through and I haven't received my study material<br> Phone calls are unanswered and a reply to my mails says I have to register in April which I s stupid as my modules are year module.<br> Their system says they're waiting for payment but the credit is reflecting on my account.<br> Can someone wake them up! Livid! This is my third qualification that I would be doing through unisa and the first time this has happened, either system or staff have changed - unacceptable service
